Team Tree Hugger

Congrats are in order for team "Tree Hugger," which is comprised of Gary Dull and his son Tim. They won the last race, marking the first time that the team finished first. Nice achievement!

Like many of us, Gary was drawn into the challenge of making, refining and building his own electric car when Tim was a student. Gary is a long-time employee with the Bethel School District. He says that racing with the students and being around the activity keeps him young.

The Tree Hugger car is number 49, in honor of Gary's age when he began building electric cars. Front-driven, this car is always in the race. It is a sturdy, efficient vehicle, and Gary drives it like a pro!
